| MC 尼龙又称浇铸尼龙，它是在常压下，将熔融的原料己内酰胺单体C6H11NO用碱性的物质作催化剂，与活化剂等助剂一起制成待聚单体，直接注入预热到一定温度的模具中，使物料在模具内很快地进行聚合反应，凝结成坚韧的固体胚件，再经过有关工艺处理，得到预定的制品。MC尼龙制品作为工程塑料之一，“以塑代钢、性能卓越”，用途极其广泛。它具有重量轻、强度高、自润滑、耐磨、防腐，绝缘等多种独特性能是应用广泛的工程塑料，几乎遍布所有的工业领域。 MC nylon, also known as cast nylon, is a melted raw material, caprolactam monomer C6H11NO, used as a catalyst, with activator and other additives to prepare monomers, which are directly injected into the preheated die to a certain temperature, so that the materials can be quickly polymerized in the die to form a tough solid.
