在使用尼龙衬板时，请遵守以下使用说明及注意事项：       1 、初次使用，待料仓物料储存至整个仓容量的三分之二后，再行卸料。      2、运行中，要始终保持物料的进仓落料点的仓内物料堆上，并始终保持仓内物料储存量在整个仓容量的二分之一以上。      3 、严禁物料直接冲击尼龙衬板。       4 、各种物料的硬度颗粒不同，不得随意更换物料和流量，若需改变，不得大于原设计能力的 12% ，随意改变物料或流量将会影响尼龙衬板的使用寿命。     5 、使用环境温度，一般不宜大于100 ℃。     6 、不得使用外力破坏其结构和随意松动紧固件。      7 、物料在仓内静止状态时间不宜超过 36 小时（较粘性物料请不要在仓内停留，以防结块），含水量小于 4% 的物料可适当延长静止时间。      8 、在温度较低的时候，请注意物料在仓内的静止时间，避免产生冻块。
