铸石板、微晶板此类衬板的安装工艺的优点
铸石板、微晶板:这两种材料的安装方法几乎相近,均是用化学原料调制成粘合剂,将安装母体内壁清洗干净,粘结上衬板即可。其粘贴工艺与墙面砖的粘贴方法没有太大的区别。

此类衬板的安装工艺的优点是:粘贴方便、省工省时,粘贴速度快。缺陷是:首先,因其安装母体、衬板以及粘合剂非一种材料,其热胀冷缩系数也各不一样,所以随着四季温度的变化,易导致粘载体和粘结体的分裂,产生掉板现象。轻者掉下去的衬板通过下面的设备时,设备无伤通过,重者会损坏下道工序的设备。其次,因其是粘贴到衬板母体上的,所以安装结束后,一般需要15天左右的凝固周期。假如企业急需要马上开工生产,会因凝固期不到而被迫推迟生产,影响企业效益。
