波浪形衬板
波浪形衬板,是介于凸棱形、阶梯衬板之间,对于一个波节而言,上升部分对提升研磨体是很有效的,分散扬起、增大了接触面积(即研磨面积),但总的带球能力要比凸棱形差,但可避免过高抛起的不良现象,比较合适研磨仓、棒锻仓。如选矿需要,根据入磨矿石的研磨系数、出磨系数要求,如确认是因冲击力过小,则可考虑改用凸棱形衬板,加大平均球径等措施。
The wavy liner is between the convex prism and the step liner. For a wave node, the rising part is very effective for lifting the grinding body. It lifts and enlarges the contact area (i.e. the grinding area), but the overall ball-carrying capacity is worse than that of the convex prism, but it can avoid the bad phenomenon of too high throwing, so it is more suitable for grinding bin and bar forging bin. If mineral processing needs, according to the requirements of grinding coefficient and output coefficient of grinding ore, if it is confirmed that the impact force is too small, measures such as using convex prismatic liner and increasing average spherical diameter can be considered.
