作为工程塑料的尼龙衬板分子量一般为1.5-3万尼龙具有很高的机械强度，软化点高，耐热，磨擦系数低，耐磨损，自润滑性，吸震性和消音性，耐油，耐弱酸，耐碱和一般溶剂，电绝缘性好，有自熄性，无毒，无臭，耐候性好，染色性差。尼龙衬板缺点是吸水性大，影响尺寸稳定性和电性能，纤维增强可降低树脂吸水率，使其能在高温、高湿下工作。尼龙衬板与玻璃纤维亲合性十分良好。[1]
As engineering plastics nylon lining is generally 1.5-3 million molecular weight nylon has high mechanical strength, high softening point, heat resistance, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, self lubrication, shock absorption and silencing, oil resistant, acid resistant, alkali resistant and common solvents, good insulation, with self extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, good weatherability, poor dyeability. The disadvantage of nylon liners is large water absorption, which affects the dimensional stability and electrical properties. Fiber reinforcement can reduce the water absorption of resin and make it work at high temperature and high humidity. The nylon liner has good affinity with the glass fiber. [1]
